Backstory

Steve-9 or S-9 was created for a cyberpunk style game. S-9 is a very large human with a fully robotic right arm that acts as a plasma cannon, he also has many upgraded parts in his body like thermal eyes that lets him see anything with a heat signature, also his muscles are constantly stimmed with drugs so that he can use his maximum potential power making him very strong and agile. He is very smart but goes more for a bully type personality than strategic. He wears a bullet proof vest that covers his whole torso and has a metal jaw that was replaced when he had his face shot many years ago.
